Goliath achieved a rare Paragraph 55 planning consent in February 2014 for a 7,500 sq ft house just outside the picturesque village of Brixworth. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty the site was made up of 8 acres of pastureland, 3 acres of woodland and two derelict 19th Century barns.
Finalist in the ProCon Large Residential Scheme of the Year Award 2016. Brooks House is the high specification conversion of the former Victorian house Oadby Hill into 11 apartments set in generous and picturesque grounds. The site was acquired in 2013 and all the apartments were sold and occupied by spring 2016.
